A monitor generates three colors of light and the different colors we see are due to different combinations and intensities of these three primary colors.

The colors of the addictive color are green, red and blue that produce white light.

Subtractive Color Space is the mixing of pigments in substrate.

The colors I would use to make a white and black color would be blue and red since this colors both make white light.



  1. What is color calibration?


Color calibration is to measure or adjust the color response of a device to a known state. 
  1. How does the PMS (Pantone Matching System) color system ensure color fidelity?


The printer looks up the Pantone number, which is unique for that particular color, and when it finds a match, it uses it in the printing process.

Analogous colors are groups of colors that are next to each othere.
  1. What is digital color?


Digital colors are colors that can be seen in paper via the internet.
