Painted Self Portrait

 

During this project. I have learned how to use Adobe Photoshop in order to color my self portrait. I have used 12 layers in this project, including eyebrows, sweater, backpack, face, eyebrows, glasses, the shades in my eyes, eyes, neck, ears, mouth, and nose. This project was challenging because you have the adjust the brush to absolute perfection in order to align the the lines around your parts of the body and clothing. Photoshop has been an interesting platform to use in order to paint over objects or shapes of a painting or photo. I would rate my painting as decent since, it was pretty difficult to align the lines in the clothing in order to use the bucket tool to cover up the blank spaces in the portrait. The shades of my eyes were pretty hard to make since I Had to do it over the eye and have good concentration in order to be perfect. Although its not perfect, I showed effort in order to be successful in this project. Overall, this project was pretty fun and busy to do at the same time. This was one of my favorite and successful project I have ever done in Type 2.
